Kip McGrath Sunshine Coast: Social Media Content Creation

Brief

Create a series of engaging and informative videos for Kip McGrath Sunshine Coast’s social media followers.

Highlighting the value and services they provide at their centres across the coast to nurture potential leads that follow them and are on the fence about sending their children to tuition.

Concept

In the series of videos, I wanted to humanise the people who are behind the business at Kip McGrath centres on the Sunshine Coast.

I made sure to have Andrew, centre director, be on-screen throughout to help familiarise those watching.

Showing Andrew and the tutor interact with a diverse range of children aimed to diminish parent’s doubts about the centre’s capability to relate to their child’s learning.

I wanted to portray the students in an engaged state during the reenacted in-centre and online session shooting. Strengthening the value of tuition for the audience watching.

Having select children win academic awards while the other children congratulated them highlighted the community aspect of Kip McGrath tuition, a value differing from regular schooling. Appealing to parents and the children they’re having to persuade.

I also experimented using no script written prior to filming to ensure I got the most authentic responses. This proved challenging when forming a narrative but was worth it when it came to the final product.

Australian Dental Graduates: Social Media Advertising & Video Testimonials

Brief

Create an inspiring and engaging testimonial video for the Australian Dental Graduates “Graduate Of The Year Award” and “Dental Student Education” programs.

Highlighting the value gained from various select graduates and students who took part in this year’s program.

Plus complimentary cinematic promotional videos for each service to be distributed via social media ads.

Concept

In the videos I wanted to highlight the value differentiators of the program and evoke emotions of quality, enjoyment, innovation and prestige. Encouraging current dental students and recent graduates to apply.

On each filming day I aimed to capture tight and intimate footage of the theory and practical components of the programs to make the viewer feel as if they are there at the event. Becoming further immersed in what the students are stating in their testimonials. Therefore making it an even more appealing proposition to get involved in and be inspired by.

I experimented using motion graphics on the social ads to enhance viewer engagement. Enabling context to be established quicker with the user, even on mute, and strengthen the cutting-edge and prestigious feel to the programs and organisation as a whole.

Groundskeeper Willie: Brand Video & Social Media Advertisements

Brief

Create a video that encapsulates the Groundskeeper Willie brand, what the business offers, people involved and highlight where they are located on the Sunshine Coast. To be distributed on their website and social media.

Concept

I decided to propose a range of video assets for the Groundskeeper Willie brand that could be used to generate foot traffic, awareness, online shop purchases and enhanced web traffic for the business.

  • A short, light and fun brand video that highlights the Willie brand touch points
  • 3 x short social media adverts highlighting the other services on offer with Groundskeeper Willie outside of the conventional cafe operations

Brief

Create an engaging, professional and simple overview of LDG Designs new product, the Jambit Installer.

Concept

An instructional video by capturing an onsite door-jamb installation with the product. Which could be used on the landing page to convert leads.

Three short, thirty second, product promo videos that could be used on social media platforms to generate awareness and leads for the product. Speaking to the key messaging LDG want to convey to their potential customers.

A short timelapse of a door-jamb installation using the jambit installer. That could be used as a giveaway post on social media and strengthen the messaging of a simple and efficient process for builders and tradies.
